It's time.
After more than a decade of teaching, training, studying, creating, and refining how the body responds to movement, breath, rhythm, resistance, and recovery, SORA is ready to be taught.
My years of formal training across Pilates, yoga, breath, somatic practice, and movement have shaped the methodology of SORA, alongside thousands of hours spent teaching it in real rooms, with real bodies.
For the first time, I am opening the doors to the SORA Teacher Training.
And you are invited to be part of its beginning.
SORA is a breath led, rhythm driven movement methodology integrating principles of Pilates, yoga, strength, somatic movement, and nervous system regulation.
Teachers who know the science, and understand the art.
The Training
Over 25 immersive hours, we will study both the science and the art of teaching movement, understanding not only what we are asking the body to do, but why we are doing it and how to teach it effectively.

The goal is not to create teachers who memorize choreography. It is to develop teachers who understand the body, understand movement, and know how to create space for others to develop resilience, presence, and strength from the inside out. Teachers who know the science, and understand the art.

As the first SORA Teacher Training, this inaugural group will receive a special Founding Group tuition of $950. Future SORA Teacher Trainings will be offered at the full training rate.
